British Airways Excellence Award 2019
The Duetorrihotels group has seen its three 5-star hotels receive the British Airways Customer Excellence Award for 2019. The award, which recognizes the quality of hospitality as perceived by guests, was won by the Bernini Palace in Florence, the Grand Hotel Majestic “già Baglioni” in Bologna, and the Due Torri Hotel in Verona.
“Happiness has many ‘homes,’” as an Eastern proverb goes: it is found wherever we have experienced a special atmosphere and where we dream of returning. This is confirmed by the unbiased reviews that have earned the Bernini Palace, the Grand Hotel Majestic “già Baglioni,” and the Due Torri Hotel the British Airways Customer Excellence Award for 2019.
