Ristorante I Carracci temporarily moves to Sala '80
Until early September, the service of Ristorante I Carracci will be hosted in our prestigious Sala ‘800, overlooking the Winter Garden.
This change of location is required to allow a major renovation of the historic frescoed dining room, as well as the final phase of the complete refurbishment of our kitchen and pastry area.
Throughout this phase, guests will continue to enjoy the culinary experience curated by Chef Agostino Schettino in the charming Sala ‘800, with a specially crafted summer menu tailored to the new setting, while preserving the high standards and attention to detail that have always defined us.
