The Grand Hotel Majestic “già Baglioni” offers rooms and suites which represent some of the most refined expressions of Bolognese hospitality. The 106 rooms, furnished in traditional Venetian and 19th-century French style, reflect the structure’s aristocratic atmosphere and are embellished by authentic antique pieces, although they offer all the most modern comforts as well.
Walking through the hotel's wide corridors, you will see private entrances leading to exclusive suites, inspired by some of the most important figures in the history of art, such as Giambologna and Guido Reni. Elegant draperies, refined fabrics, warm and harmonious shades of colour, finely worked marble, period furnishings and works of art follow one after the other in the spaces, providing the Grand Hotel’s atmosphere and timeless splendour.
These luminaries also include Giuseppe Verdi, who gave his name to the princely “Giuseppe Verdi Royal Suite”, today a spectacular location not just for exclusive stays, but also for events with an original flavour, such as photo shoots, fashion shows, product presentations and private meetings.
