I Carracci: An Artful Restyling
We are thrilled to welcome you back to a completely renewed I Carracci Restaurant, an icon of Bologna’s culinary scene, now more enchanting than ever, after a summer of restoration works. Beneath the priceless frescoed ceiling of the Brothers Carracci School, the dining room has been transformed: elegant parquet floors, shimmering silk-lined walls, soft new lighting and refined drapery create a setting where history and modern elegance meet in perfect harmony.
Art and Culture at the Table
I Carracci is also evolving into a living art gallery, enhanced by museum-style lighting and collaborations with leading galleries and international artists. The inaugural exhibition, curated with Galleria d’Arte Maggiore g.a.m, brings the poetic works of French artist Claudine Drai to Bologna, creating a striking dialogue between contemporary art and the Renaissance frescoes.
The New Autumn Menu
This new chapter also marks the debut of our Autumn Menu, personally curated by Executive Chef Agostino Schettino. Each creation is crafted with ingredients of the highest quality, celebrating the rich gastronomic heritage of Emilia Romagna, while embracing the vibrant creativity of the Chef’s Neapolitan roots. The result is a gourmet journey where authentic tradition meets inspired innovation; from the choice of seasonal produce to the artistry of each dish.
