The following tasting menus, offer a complete culinary experience: “La Dotta, la Grassa, la Rossa,” inspired by traditional cuisine, and “Natura,” a fully vegetable-based creation.
Each option features a unique selection of dishes that explore different combinations of ingredients and cooking techniques, ensuring a delightful gastronomic journey.
With the “Freehand menu by our chef Agostino Schettino” option, guests have the opportunity to enjoy a blind culinary experience of six or eight courses, personally selected by our Chef, for a truly tailor-made dining adventure.

Wine pairing can be added to all experiences, choosing between 3 or 5 selected glasses.
