Tartófla Savigno 2021 – International White Truffle Festival
Following the enforced hiatus in 2020, Tartófla Savigno is back to herald the arrival of autumn. It brings with it everything the local area has to offer, as well as an intriguing new feature: this year’s theme is Sottosopra, and to mark the occasion, the logo has been turned upside down.
Upside Down because Tartufo is the story of a symbiosis between what lies beneath (the earth) and what lies above. Upside Down because the present moment has forced a shift in perspective to tackle the challenges of today and tomorrow, and Tartófla will seek to explore and delve deeper into this shift in perspective within the programme schedule as well.
