Imola and Formula 1 in Motor Valley
The exhibition celebrates Motor Valley and the return of Formula 1 to the Enzo and Dino Ferrari Circuit through the local community’s passion for motorsports and the collecting of historic cars and motorcycles. As part of this, a special tribute is paid to Imola-born driver Pier Luigi Martini, who competed in several Formula 1 seasons between 1985 and 1995 with Dallara and Minardi.
The exhibition has been organized in collaboration with some of Motor Valley’s leading institutions: Scuderia AlphaTauri in Faenza, Dallara Automobili in Varano de’ Melegari (Parma), and the CRAME Club Romagnolo Auto e Moto d’Epoca in Imola, which will enable the display of various cars from both the present and the past.
In addition, images from Marco Isola’s IsolaPress Photo Agency will be projected on the screens of the Digital Museum, bringing to life the excitement of Formula 1 at Imola—both from the past and from the last two recent races held at the Enzo and Dino Ferrari International Circuit.
