The event will take place at the Grand Hotel Majestic ‘già Baglioni’ on Thursday 18 January at 6.30 pm, with the author Massimiliano Capretta, chef and owner of Arca Ristorante in Alba Adriatica, in attendance.

The discussion will be moderated by Elisa Azzimondi, editor and director of Minerva’s Ritratti di Gusto series.
