Every weekend, I Carracci restaurant offers the timeless experience of lunch with family or friends: a relaxed atmosphere, traditional flavours, good conversation and genuine togetherness. The highlight is the Carrello del Gran Bollito.
The Sunday menu is created by our chef Guglielmo Araldi, who can count on the service coordinated by the Maitres Sommeliers Giordano De Lellis and Aurora Gjinaj. An opportunity to rediscover rural and rustic recipes, especially in autumn and winter, such as the Gran Bollito Cart: simple, genuine raw materials, different cuts of meat, boiled over a slow fire, true excellence of the territory.
